Job Description

  • Develop project specifications through close engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Build and expand relationships with key stakeholders to increase market penetration and project opportunities.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and design consultations to influence product selection.
  • Manage project pipelines, client activities and market intelligence through CRM systems.
  • Partner with internal teams across marketing, operations and customer support to deliver a seamless customer experience.


The Successful Applicant

A Successful Project Sales Manager Should Have

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in specification sales, project sales or business development within building materials, architectural products or interior solutions industries.
  • Proven track record of securing specifications and converting projects into revenue.
  • Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and stakeholder management
  • Excellent presentation, communication and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and working independently in a client-facing environment.
