OT nursing background strongly preferred; other clinical or hospital experience is an advantage.

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, healthcare-related field, or Business/Sales & Marketing.

Proficient in English and Malay; other languages are an added advantage.

Experience in medical device sales or OT technical support is preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

Comfortable working in OT environments and travelling within Northern Region; possess own transport and a valid driving license.

Provide on-site clinical and technical support to surgeons and OT staff during procedures.

Conduct product demonstrations, in-service training and refreshers for healthcare professionals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, especially surgeons and OT teams.

Troubleshoot product-related issues and provide timely solutions.

Collect user feedback and share insights with the internal team.
