United Logistics Hiring! Full Time Air Freight Coordinator in Selangor - Ricebowl

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in air freight forwarding (Import & Export Operations). Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge of import and export procedures, air freight documentation, customs regulations, Incoterms, and IATA regulations.

Familiarity with freight forwarding systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines.

Manage the entire process of air freight operations for both incoming and outgoing shipments.

Liaise with clients, international partners, airlines, ground handlers, customs agents, carriers, and other service providers to guarantee seamless shipment processing.

Organize air cargo bookings, flight timings, freight pickup, and delivery logistics.

Generate and manage shipping paperwork, such as House Air Waybill (HAWB), Master Air Waybill (MAWB), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Manifests, Shipping Instructions, and other necessary import/export documentation.

Oversee customs clearance and ensure adherence to all import and export laws and regulations.

Track shipment progress, flight itineraries, estimated times of arrival/departure, and communicate regular updates to clients.

Address any shipment delays, documentation errors, cargo problems, or operational issues that may arise.

Review air freight fees, airline expenses, vendor invoices, and prepare client invoices.

Keep precise records of all shipments and ensure all operational paperwork is correctly filled out and archived.

Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with clients, international agents, airlines, and suppliers.

Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the management.
