Role Description The TikTok Live Stream Host is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The host will present products and services live on TikTok, engage with viewers in real time, and drive audience interaction and conversions through compelling on-camera communication. Daily activities include planning live session topics, preparing talking points or scripts, showcasing products, responding to viewer questions and comments, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams on campaign goals and promotions. The role also involves monitoring live performance metrics, refining content based on audience feedback, maintaining brand voice and professionalism on camera, and assisting in basic content preparation such as product setup and live stream scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for on-camera hosting, audience engagement, and clear delivery of product information, can communicate in bahasa and english.
• Customer Service experience to respond to viewer inquiries, manage comments professionally, and provide a positive live stream experience.
• Training or coaching background to explain product features, demonstrate usage, and guide viewers through purchase processes.
• Sales skills to promote offers, encourage conversions during live streams, and support overall revenue goals.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or other consumer-facing sectors is an advantage, especially in presenting and promoting products.
• Comfort and confidence in front of the camera, with a strong TikTok or short-form video presence preferred.
• Basic understanding of social media trends, live commerce, and audience behavior on TikTok and similar platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Greater Kuala Lumpur, follow a structured full-time schedule, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or other languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in live hosting, influencer marketing, retail, or e-commerce is beneficial but not strictly required.
