Job Summary

Execute cost planning and commercial management throughout project lifecycles, ensuring contract compliance and profitability in interior renovation projects.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage project costs and commercial aspects from inception to completion to ensure budget adherence

Administer contracts by understanding, adhering to, and managing project and tender agreements

Assess interim payments accurately to maintain cash flow and project progress

Provide procurement advice and assist during tendering procedures to secure competitive bids

Monitor contract variations affecting costs and generate reports to track project profitability

Perform value engineering and risk management calculations to optimize project outcomes

Source suppliers and subcontractors and obtain quotations to support procurement decisions

Process payment claims promptly through effective communication with stakeholders

Work independently while accepting responsibility for assigned tasks and deliverables

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying (QS) with at least 1 year of relevant experience

Any degree (excluding QS) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in interior works
