Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood or related qualifications (KAP, DKM).

Previous Teaching Experience is necessary (at least 2 years).

Willing to develop leadership skills such as managing and motivating a team.

Willing to practice customer service tasks.

Willing to develop sales management, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals.

Willing to experience educational management skills, including overseeing daily operations, managing teachers and students, and ensuring quality teaching and learning.

Must be fluent in spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and stakeholders.

Oversee the daily operations of the education center, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment targets and revenue goals.

Manage team of teachers and administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Ensure high-quality educational programs and services are delivered to students.

Monitor student progress and provide support to students and parents.

Maintain strong relationships with parents and the local community to promote the education center.

Manage the center's budget and resources effectively.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Implement marketing and sales initiatives to attract new students.
