Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, background in Civil engineering is preferred.
- Must have at least 3-5 years working experience with contractors.
- Must have actual job site experience.
- Must be analytical, possess problem solving skills.
- Must be willing to travel to outstation or overseas.
Responsibilities
- To work closely with consultants to come out with desired layout designs, etc.
- To work closely with consultants to follow up with relevant authorities.
- To work closely with QS to achieve optimized costing, verify Variation orders, progress claims, etc.
- To attend to job site for material testing, work inspections, etc
- To ensure contractor construct according to drawings.
- To work closely with consultants and contractors to ensure work is completed on time.
- To coordinate joint inspections, manage the final building handover process and oversee the rectification of defects during Defect Liability Period (DLP)
