Previous administrative experience is an advantage.

Perform general administrative and clerical duties.

Handle daily filing, documentation and data entry.

Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders and other documents.

Answer phone calls, respond to emails and handle general enquiries.

Manage and maintain proper records and documents.

Assist in preparing reports, letters and other administrative documents.

Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments when required.

Monitor office supplies and arrange replenishment when necessary.

Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings and other administrative matters.

Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
