Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification.
Previous working experience is not compulsory, but will be an added advantage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Highly committed, responsible, and target-oriented.
Must possess own transport.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain customers’ accounts.
Follow up on outstanding payments and collection matters.
Achieve assigned collection targets and performance standards.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications.
Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
Perform other duties related to recovery and collections as assigned.
