We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Receptionist cum Retail Assistant to provide a welcoming experience to our members and guests while supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail outlet. The role combines front desk reception duties with retail sales, cashiering and customer service responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Attend to members, guests and visitors at the reception counter in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle incoming calls, enquiries and general administrative matters.
• Assist with member and guest check-in, appointments and other front desk services.
• Provide information on Club facilities, activities, events, services and membership matters.
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet, including attending to customers and recommending suitable products.
• Handle sales transactions, cashiering and payment collection accurately.
• Maintain proper records of sales, payments and inventory.
• Receive, check and arrange retail merchandise and ensure products are properly displayed and stocked.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock-taking and replenishment.
• Assist with promotions, events and other Club activities when required.
• Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, retail or hospitality will be an advantage.
• Pleasant, friendly and service-oriented personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good numerical skills with basic cashiering and payment-handling experience.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Well-organised, responsible and able to work independently.
• Able to work on weekends according to the Club's roster.
