Temporary Executive Assistant

Salary

• Degree: $20.77/hr (approx. $3,780/month)

Contract: 11 months
Working Hours: Mon–Thu, 8:30am–6:00pm; Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm
Start Date: Immediate

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant administrative or executive support experience
• Experience supporting senior management preferred
• Strong organisational, coordination and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strong attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
• Public sector experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and secretariat support to senior management
• Manage calendars, meetings and appointments
• Coordinate emails, correspondence and phone calls
• Prepare reports, presentations and briefing materials
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Arrange travel, claims and related logistics
• Support meetings, official visits and events
• Maintain records and documentation
• Handle confidential information and ad hoc assignments
