Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and claims.
Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
Assist with contract administration and negotiations.
Monitor project costs and maintain cost control.
Liaise with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant Singapore construction experience, preferably in civil works.
Familiarity with Singapore LTA contracts.
