Planning: Planning menus, recipes, and daily production needs
Cooking: Cooking and preparing high-quality dishes
Managing: Managing food preparation, inventory, and kitchen staff
Supporting: Assisting the head chef with menu preparation, creating dishes, and developing recipes
Training: Training new staff and helping hire other kitchen employees
Supervising: Supervising the kitchen staff, including junior kitchen staff, and working closely with other chefs
Other: Ordering ingredients, keeping an accurate inventory list, and ensuring cleanliness
