About the Roles

We are hiring an Air Freight Export Operations Executive to join our logistics and transportation operations team at Changi Airfreight Centre. This is a permanent position with a 5-day workweek, including weekends and public holidays, from 2pm to 12am, with 2 rotational rest days. The salary package includes Basic Salary + Shift Allowance ($20) + OT.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Liaise with the Air Export Customer Service team to arrange outbound shipments based on job instructions.
• Check shipment documents for accuracy and signs of undeclared dangerous goods, and clarify discrepancies.
• Record shipment information, cargo weight, and dimensions in CargoWise One (CW1) / CIMS.
• Draft and finalise House, Master, and Direct Air Waybills.
• Verify cargo collection notes against shipment records and highlight any differences.
• Prepare Dangerous Goods Declarations (DGD) according to IATA requirements and verify cargo details against the declarations.
• Resolve dangerous goods issues and inform Customer Service when shipments need to be held.
• Assess Master Air Waybill weight tiers to identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Compile cargo pouches, pre-alerts, and shipment document sets for dispatch to overseas agents.
• Transmit FWB and FHL messages via CW1 and update relodgement information in the SATS portal.
• Apply cargo labels based on flight and Air Waybill information and remove unnecessary hazard labels or markings.
• Arrange cargo lodgement with vendors and handle additional requests from SATS / dnata.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in air export operations or freight forwarding is preferred.
• Familiar with Air Waybills, export documentation, and cargo handling procedures.
• Knowledge of IATA dangerous goods requirements and declarations.
• Experience with CW1 / CIMS and cargo terminal portals is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, with good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work OT when required.
