Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service across Service and Cash Zones, handling customers’ banking enquiries and transactions.

• Assist customers with digital and self-service banking solutions while promoting a Digital First approach.

• Identify customer needs and provide suitable advisory solutions across banking products and services.

• Support account opening and onboarding through both digital and physical channels.

• Assist with daily branch operations, administrative duties, and account opening checks.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.

• Handle customer escalations and follow up on complex service issues to ensure timely resolution.

• Participate in training and upskilling programmes to strengthen product, digital, and customer service capabilities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Customer-focused with an ability to identify needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Comfortable with digital banking tools and promoting digital adoption.

• Good attention to detail with strong compliance and risk awareness.

• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
