About the role

The Procurement Specialist manages the company's supply of products and services. They strategically source goods, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to minimize costs and maximize value.

Key responsibilities

• Source suppliers: Identify and evaluate potential vendors for quality and cost.

• Negotiate contracts: Secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

• Manage relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for key suppliers.

• Track inventory: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

• Process orders: Create, approve, and track purchase orders through completion.

• Analyze costs: Review spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Ensure compliance: Guarantee all purchasing aligns with legal and company policies.

• Resolve disputes: Address delivery delays, damaged goods, or billing discrepancies.

About you

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing。

• Negotiation: Proven track record of successful contract and price negotiations。

• Data analysis: Strong ability to analyze spend data using MS Excel。

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for vendor management。

• Certification: CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management).

• Diploma In Supply Chain Preferred。
