Job Summary

Coordinate and manage facilities and construction projects by monitoring timelines, liaising with contractors and stakeholders, supporting documentation, and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities and construction-related projects to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Monitor project timelines, progress, and deliverables to maintain schedule adherence
• Liaise effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues
• Support project documentation, reporting, and coordination to maintain accurate records and communication
• Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance requirements to uphold standards and regulations

Required competencies and certifications

• Relevant qualification in Engineering, Building, Construction, or Project Management
• Relevant construction or facilities project experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Contractor coordination and project management skills to drive project execution
• Strong communication and organisational abilities to enhance stakeholder engagement and project efficiency
