Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns, product launches and channel activation programs.
- Manage roadshows, dealer meetings, conferences, training events and in-store activations.
- Coordinate with sales teams, retailers, distributors, agencies and vendors to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Develop and manage POSM, merchandising materials, sales tools and promotional assets.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, logistics and operational requirements.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
- Support vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase order processing and budget tracking.
- Conduct market visits and gather customer and channel feedback to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in trade marketing or channel marketing.
- Strong understanding of retail execution, B2B2C marketing and campaign management.
- Excellent project coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in healthcare, optical, medical devices, FMCG or retail industry is an added advantage.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
