Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Application and Service Engineer role based in Singapore. The Application and Service Engineer will install, configure, and commission condition monitoring systems at customer facilities, providing technical support and field service for both new and existing installations. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment and system issues, performing maintenance and repair work, and ensuring optimal performance of monitoring solutions. The role also involves conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, assisting customers in interpreting condition data, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical matters. The engineer will prepare service reports, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous improvement of service and application processes.

Qualifications

• ITE, diploma, or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Automation
• 1–3 years in field service, rotating equipment maintenance, or condition monitoring. Fresh graduates with relevant projects or internships are welcome to apply.
• ISO 18436-2 vibration analysis certification would be an advantage.
• Confident troubleshooting electrical and mechanical wiring, signal collection, and equipment issues in industrial environments.
• Clear communication, attention to detail, initiative, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
