Responsibilities
A leading regional technology organisation is seeking an HR Associate to support its Infrastructure business. The role will focus primarily on end-to-end recruitment, while also providing exposure to employee engagement, HR operations and regional people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding support.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop suitable sourcing strategies for technical and infrastructure-related positions.
Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, team activities and learning programmes.
Manage HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee movements, HR queries and exits.
Support HR process improvements, automation initiatives and regional HR projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
Around
2–3 years of relevant HR experience
, preferably with strong exposure to talent acquisition.
Experience recruiting for
technology, internet, telecommunications, infrastructure or related technical functions
would be advantageous.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, organisational and multitasking capabilities.
Business-level proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and regional teams
