to join our retail team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in customer engagement, brand building, and digital marketing in the beauty and wellness industry.

Job Scope & Responsibilities
Marketing, Promotions & Digital Engagement
Marketing Support
— Assist in executing marketing activities and events such as roadshows, workshops, online advertising, and promotional campaigns to generate awareness and drive sales.
Social Media Management
— Support content creation, posting, engagement, and brand representation across social media platforms.
Livestream Hosting
— Host or support livestream sessions to showcase products, interact with viewers, and boost online sales.
Digital Sales Growth
— Contribute to online sales performance through marketing platforms, social media engagement, and digital promotions.
Online Fulfilment
Order Processing & Accuracy
Order Management
— Process all online orders promptly, ensuring accuracy in product selection, quantity, pricing, and customer details.
Invoicing & Documentation
— Generate invoices, update order records, and ensure all documentation is complete and error‑free.
Payment Verification
— Verify online payments before fulfilment.
Inventory & E‑Commerce Operations
Inventory Accuracy
— Check inventory systems regularly to ensure stock accuracy, conduct stock counts, and replenish products when needed.
Stock Handling
— Assist with receiving goods, organizing stock rooms, and maintaining proper product display.
E‑Commerce Management
— Manage customer e‑commerce front‑end and back‑end operations, including online sales fulfilment and order tracking.
Teamwork, Training & Collaboration
Team Collaboration
— Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and positive team dynamics.
Staff Training Support
— Assist in training new or existing staff, sharing product knowledge, customer service techniques, and operational processes.
Customer Service & Product Expertise
Product Knowledge
— Maintain strong understanding of all products to confidently advise customers across in‑store, telephone, email, and online channels.
Customer Support
— Serve customers to the best ability through multiple touchpoints, ensuring clear communication and professional assistance.
Post‑Purchase Follow‑Up
— Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction, build loyalty, and encourage repeat business.
Skin Condition Assessment
— Attend to customer queries and assist in identifying basic skin conditions to recommend suitable treatments and products.
Perform Facial Service and Treatments -
Perform facial treatments tailored to clients’ needs, providing attentive, personalized service to enhance their appearance and confidence, comfort, and overall experience
Sales Performance & Retail Operations
Sales Contribution
— Assist in increasing sales and overall counter/store performance through active engagement and product recommendations.
Sales Monitoring
— Monitor daily and monthly sales performance and support efforts to achieve sales targets.
Order Processing
— Key in sales orders, handle invoicing, check order accuracy, and perform administrative tasks related to sales and fulfilment.
