JNA Real Estate Hiring! Full Time Local Personal Assistant in - Ricebowl

I'm hiring a Personal Assistant to help me run my week, our assets paperwork, and the content we share in my personal profile.

Singapore Locals/Permanent Residents only! Must be located in Singapore.

At HAP Investments, we invest in properties and run the Blk 421 Ang Mo Kio coffeeshop.

Behind both is a lot of admin, filing and storytelling. I need someone who loves order and isn't afraid of details and paperwork. A Passion for content creation is highly recommended

What you'll do:

• Keep the assets, i.e coffeeshop's files, rent tracking and renewals in order

• Run my calendar, follow-ups and event logistics

• Help plan, shoot, caption and post content for @christianoh.sg and @sg.redeemed

Basic requirement

• Have at least a poly diploma. Must be present physically in Singapore

You'll fit if you:

• Driven, humble to learn and look at long term vision growth. Are organised, discreet and follow up without being chased

• Know your way around Google Workspace, Canva and Claude

The details:

• S$2,600 to S$2,850 a month, plus CPF. No experience required

• Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm, at our Tai Seng office and the coffeeshop in Ang Mo Kio

• Weekend standby, only to set appointments and send Zoom links

• Work from home 1 day a week after probation
