What you’ll be doing

• Assist with opening and closing the outlet.
• Welcome customers, answer questions and recommend Nasty Cookie favourites.
• Take orders and process payments accurately.
• Promote special offers and featured items.
• Help prepare, pack and serve food and drinks.
• Restock products and keep displays neat.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
• Work with the team to provide friendly, efficient service.
• Follow operating procedures and assist with other duties as needed.

What we’re looking for

• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or F&B role.
• Comfortable communicating in English, with a friendly and helpful approach.
• Customer-oriented, approachable, and confident speaking with people.
• A proactive learner who’s happy to pitch in and work as part of a team.
• Genuine interest in food, drinks, and the F&B industry.
