About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous, reliable and experienced Accounts Executive to support the financial operations of our growing education group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing campus-level financial reports and supporting management with financial analysis. The role will also involve basic administrative responsibilities where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records, including accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for individual campuses and business units.

• Monitor revenue, operating expenses, staff costs and campus profitability.

• Support month-end closing, budgeting, financial reporting and audit preparation.

• Assist with group-level financial consolidation and management reporting.

• Identify discrepancies and ensure financial records are accurate and properly maintained.

• Perform basic administrative duties, including documentation, record-keeping and operational coordination.

• Work closely with management and campus teams to ensure timely reporting and smooth operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks.

• Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations and P&L preparation is advantageous.

• Meticulous, organised and highly attentive to detail.

• Responsible, self-disciplined and able to meet deadlines independently.

• A professional team player who values confidentiality, discretion and a positive working environment.

• Willing to take initiative and contribute beyond routine accounting duties.
