DCM Packaging Hiring! Full Time Technician (Manufacturing) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

• Mechanical/Electrical knowledge and skills (Must).

• Able to accept and carry out multiple tasks and responsibilities.

• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and above (or equivalent experience).

• Demonstrated commitment to the success of co-workers and the organisational mission.

• Willing to perform hands-on repair work in varying environmental conditions (e.g., heat, dust and dirt).

• Willing to follow overtime (OT) and shift arrangements when required.

Production & Quality Support

• Work with production and quality teams to keep the line running smoothly and ensure product quality.

Equipment Maintenance & Repair

• Complete all assigned maintenance requests.

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment.

• Schedule and carry out the Preventative Maintenance Program.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate special projects as directed by the maintenance supervisor.

• Help monitor work done by outside contractors.

• Report any unusual events or damage (current or potential) to the maintenance supervisor.

• Maintain a professional and courteous manner with members, suppliers, contractors and co-workers.

• Take on special projects and other duties as assigned.
