Role Description This is a remote role for a Corporate Controller / Regional Controller / Group Financial Controller at Time To Choose | Orientation & Relations Écoles–Entreprises. The role involves overseeing financial reporting and accounting operations, including the preparation, review, and consolidation of periodic financial statements for multiple entities or regions. The controller will manage budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor performance against targets, and provide clear financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions. Responsibilities include maintaining internal controls, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and coordinating audits with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves optimizing financial processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing guidance to local finance teams to ensure consistency and reliability of financial information.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including consolidation, variance analysis, and period-end closing.
• Candidates should possess solid Accounting and Finance skills, with a thorough understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, cash management, and compliance.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, develop insights, and present clear recommendations to leadership.
• Relevant experience as a corporate, regional, or group controller, ideally in multi-entity or multi-region environments.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools; strong skills with spreadsheets and data analysis software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with capacity to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional setting.
• Proven track record in process improvement, internal controls, and audit coordination.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are beneficial.
