Responsibilities
Working Hours
6 days work week
AM Shift: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (1-hour break)
PM Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM (1-hour break)
Rest days according to roster
Job Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive customer service.
Introduce menus, take food and beverage orders and respond to enquiries.
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Prepare tables and service stations before operations.
Clear, clean and reset tables after guests leave.
Coordinate orders and customer requests with kitchen and bar teams.
Replenish cutlery, condiments and service supplies.
Assist during restaurant events and live-music sessions.
Perform opening, handover and closing duties.
Maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Job Requirements
F&B, restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
Candidates without experience who are willing to learn may be considered.
Good customer-service and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Able to work assigned shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Responsible, punctual and a team player.
