Product Development

• Assist in preparing and updating ready-made travel packages for Malaysia, Singapore and Bali.
• Research hotels, attractions and activities for new packages.
• Prepare simple itineraries, costing and package details.

Contracting

• Assist in requesting hotel and supplier rates, promotions and availability.
• Update and maintain hotel/supplier rates, contracts and promotions.
• Follow up with hotels and suppliers on rates, promotions and availability.

System & Data Management

• Upload and update hotel rates, packages and product information in the company system/B2B platform.
• Perform data entry and checking to ensure all information is accurate.
• Update availability, close-outs, blackout dates and other hotel information.

Flyers & Marketing

• Assist in preparing travel package flyers and hotel promotions.
• Update flyers and package information when there are changes.
• Assist the team with materials for agents and sales activities.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
