We are looking for a Safety Officer to assist a public agency with co-ordinating workplace safety projects and organising safety training sessions.

• Up to $4,500 per month
• Oct 2026 - Mar 2027
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Lavender MRT

Responsibilities:

• Disseminate safety advisories in response to high-profile safety incidents or emerging safety trends.
• Support supervisors in analysing and documenting serious incident reports.
• Coordinate and administer the formal appointment of Safety Champions.
• Organise and facilitate Communities of Practice to promote knowledge sharing among Safety Champions.
• Coordinate, track, and administer customised bizSAFE training programmes for Safety Champions in collaboration with supervisors.
• Serve as the point of contact for supervisors on matters relating to Safety Champions.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only.
• Possesses a Bachelor's Degree. Prior internship experience in safety management, policy development, and/or training management and e-learning would be an advantage.
• Certification in WSH, bizSAFE and /or ACLP is a plus.
• Strategic thinking to develop frameworks and propose practical safety measures.
