Monthly Salary: RM4,000–RM6,500, depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

About Us

Havenly Home Malaysia specialises in cabinetry, whole-home customisation, furniture, interior design and renovation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity measurements, cost estimates and project quotations.
• Assist with tender preparation and related documentation.
• Review drawings and project specifications to identify costing requirements.
• Compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Track project costs and highlight discrepancies or potential overruns.
• Prepare and maintain records of variations and changes in project scope.
• Coordinate with design, purchasing and project teams on quantities and costs.
• Conduct site quality checks and report workmanship issues or discrepancies.
• Keep project costing and supporting documents organised and updated.

Requirements

• Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand drawings, quantities and project specifications.
• Good organisation, communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in tender preparation, cost calculations and site quality control is preferred.
• Experience in cabinetry, interior fit-out or renovation projects is an advantage.
• Must possess own transport, as public transport access to the workplace is limited.
• Able to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bandar Utama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
