Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and customer-oriented Retail Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead the retail team, and ensure excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail operational experience, and the ability to drive sales performance while maintaining high store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Operation Manager in managing daily store operations.
• Supervise, lead, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve store revenue.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Manage stock replenishment, inventory control, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure proper merchandising, store displays, and product presentation.
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and work performance.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare daily sales reports and operational updates.
• Support staff training, coaching, and development.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2–3 years of working experience in the retail industry.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of retail operations, sales, and inventory management.
• Customer-oriented with a positive working attitude.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
• Responsible, independent, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
