• Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP SD and MM modules.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues within agreed SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions.
• Handle configuration changes, enhancements, and change requests.
• Work closely with customers and cross-functional technical teams.
• Maintain functional documentation, testing evidence, and knowledge base articles.
• Identify opportunities for system and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of SAP functional experience, with strong hands-on knowledge of both SD and MM.
• At least 3 years of AMS/application support experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with FI, WM, EWM, PP, or external systems.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
