We are seeking high-potential graduates to join our Management Trainee (MT) Program at our Penang/ Kedag, Malaysia facility. The MT Program is designed to accelerate the development of future technical and operational leaders through structured learning, hands-on project involvement, and exposure to key manufacturing and business functions.

Successful candidates will undergo training in China, where they will gain practical experience, technical knowledge, and a deeper understanding of company manufacturing processes and operational excellence practices before continuing their career development in Penang.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with 0-1 year of working experience.
• Strong academic performance and learning agility.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires close communication and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders in China.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,050.00 per month
