ACME Trade & Support Hiring! Full Time Customer Support Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

• At least SPM, Diploma, Degree or equivalent

• Good English and Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

• Familiar with computers and basic office software

• Good data entry skills and a careful working attitude

• Experience in sales support or customer service is an advantage

• Conscientious and responsible, with good communication skills and team spirit

• Able to handle several tasks at the same time and willing to learn new things

Working Schedule

5.5 days a week (Sunday to Friday)

• Saturday: off

• Sunday to Thursday: full day, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Friday: half day

• Shift timing and specific arrangements will be discussed at the interview.

1. Customer service & communication

• Answer customer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, WeChat and email

• Follow up on customer requests and related matters

• Provide professional and friendly service to customers

2. Sales support

• Assist the sales team with day-to-day sales work

• Follow up on customer orders and related matters

• Proactively contact customers to understand their needs and help encourage repeat orders

3. Order processing

• Enter and process customer orders

• Check order details, quantities and prices carefully to make sure the information is accurate

• Update and record order information promptly

4. Daily administration & team coordination

• Assist with day-to-day administrative work and documents

• Keep in good communication with team members so that daily work runs smoothly
