The Role

We are hiring a Full-Time Production Baker to join our bakery production team. This role is suited for someone with baking experience who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable with large-scale food preparation in a production environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare, weigh and portion ingredients according to recipes and production requirements
• Produce and finish a variety of cakes, pastries and baked products
• Carry out daily baking and food preparation according to production schedules
• Ensure products meet the required quality, consistency and presentation standards
• Keep work areas, equipment and production facilities clean and organised
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene and safety procedures
• Check ingredient storage and assist with stock rotation
• Support daily production operations to ensure orders are completed on time

Requirements

• Previous professional or formal baking experience is required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced bakery production environment
• Reliable, responsible and able to work independently
• Able to follow recipes, production schedules and quality standards
• Able to remain on your feet for extended periods
• Food Safety Certification will be an added advantage
