We’re Hiring: Human Resource Associate

ICF Group is looking for an organised and proactive Executive, Human Capital to support our day-to-day HR operations and employee development activities.

This role offers exposure across recruitment, onboarding, competency development, learning management, performance appraisal and HR systems.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate recruitment, interview arrangements and employee onboarding.

• Maintain competency records and support assessment follow-ups.

• Organise training programmes and track attendance, evaluations and certifications.

• Support work-pass documentation, employee benefits, claims and exit administration.

• Coordinate appraisal and probation-review documentation and completion tracking.

• Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems and reports, including supporting documents for compliance and ISO audits.

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of relevant HR or administrative experience.

• Basic knowledge of Singapore employment practices and statutory requirements.

• Strong organisational, communication and follow-up skills, with good attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

• Familiarity with HRMS systems, SharePoint and digital forms would be an advantage.

• Fresh Graduate are welcome and fast learner.
