Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Arrange team members, assign daily installation tasks and track construction progress.
2. Interpret construction drawings and supervise on-site installation works in accordance with drawings and technical standards.
3. Control construction quality, conduct on-site inspections and rectify non-conformities promptly.
4. Implement site safety regulations, ensure workers wear PPE and eliminate safety hazards.
5. Verify delivered materials and tools, and report material shortage or damage in a timely manner.
6. Liaise with clients and engineers, resolve on-site technical issues and submit regular progress reports.
