What You’ll Do
You’ll be on-site every day—walking through lobbies, corridors, lifts, gyms, lounges, and sample units—not just to check boxes, but to see how people will live, move, and feel in the space.
Spot small issues before they become problems: loose tiles, uneven flooring, lighting that’s too bright or too dim, doors that don’t close smoothly, unclear signage.
Record what you see simply and clearly—and follow up to make sure it’s fixed.
Help prepare for resident move-in: test systems, note how things work, suggest simple improvements .
Talk with residents, contractors, and team members—and share useful feedback to help improve daily life in the building.
Keep a clear, easy-to-read log (paper or basic digital) of your observations and actions.
Stock keeping, minor item purchase

Who We’re Looking For
1–2 years of hands-on experience in residential buildings — e.g., property support, concierge, site assistance, facilities help, or similar.
A valid Hong Kong Occupational Safety and Health Training Certificate (e.g., Labour Department “Basic Safety Training”).
Good eyesight, common sense, and care for detail.
Comfortable speaking and listening in Cantonese.
No special software skills needed — just the ability to write clearly and work well with others.
