Job Role

We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong construction background to coordinate high-rise projects, monitor site progress, and ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

Core Responsibilities

• Project Tracking & Scheduling: Monitor project progress, update schedules, and help ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.
• Documentation & Administration: Checking design drawings, Contractor’s PQP, work method statement, project reports, and meeting minutes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for consultant, contractors, and internal teams.
• Meeting Coordination: Attend project coordination meetings, record action items, and follow up on pending tasks.
• Issue & Risk Support: Identify potential technical hitches, resource conflicts, or schedule delays and escalate them to the Project Director/ Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/ Project Management/ Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) or technical software like AutoCAD.
• Strong organization, time management, verbal/written communication, problem-solving abilities, highly adaptable, available for outstation travel and managing multiple projects.
• Min. 5 years of experience in construction industry, preference working with Contractor company, construction site based for high-rise project.
