Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and submission drawings.
Convert sketches and design concepts into technical drawings.
Revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, clients, and authorities.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and M&E plans.
Check dimensions, specifications, and drawing accuracy.
Maintain drawing records and meet project deadlines.
Assist with authority submissions and as-built drawings.
Requirements
Diploma or certificate in Architecture, Architectural Technology.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM and SketchUp is an advantage.
Good understanding of construction methods, building materials, and architectural detailing.
Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Relevant drafting experience preferred; entry-level applicants may be considered.
Knowledge of local building regulations and submission requirements is an advantage
