Join our AI Engineering team to build and deploy AI applications, copilots, agentic workflows, and RAG-powered solutions for leading Investment & Wealth Management organizations.
What You'll Do
- Develop AI applications, intelligent agents, and workflow automation solutions
- Build RAG pipelines, vector database integrations, and knowledge retrieval systems
- Integrate LLMs, APIs, and cloud-native services
- Design prompts, agent workflows, and orchestration frameworks
- Develop dashboards, monitoring, and operational analytics
- Support customer implementations, testing, and AI solution deployment
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of software engineering or AI development experience
- Proven experience delivering AI/GenAI projects in production environments.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python, GenAI frameworks, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with RAG, Vector Databases, Agent Orchestration, and AI Evaluations.
- Knowledge of MLOps, data processing, and enterprise AI architectures.
- Exposure to Investment Management, Wealth Management, or Financial Services is highly desirable.
- Understanding of portfolio management, trade lifecycle, or fund accounting is a plus
