Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to quality standards.
Lead daily construction site operations to ensure timely project completion within budget and quality standards
Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to optimize workflow
Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, materials, and equipment to maintain operational efficiency
Ensure all construction works comply with Singapore building regulations, safety requirements, and company standards
Collaborate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and relevant authorities to align project objectives
Track project costs, schedules, and site productivity to support effective resource management
Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems, and construction delays to minimize disruptions
Enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements to maintain a safe work environment
Prepare regular progress reports and actively participate in project meetings to communicate status and challenges
Job Requirements
at least 15 years experience in the Singapore construction industry.
Good knowledge of construction methods, project management and site coordination.
