Apex Motor Hiring! Full Time Automotive Despatch in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and reliable Automotive Despatch to join our team at JETOUR Petaling Jaya. The successful candidate will support daily dealership operations, vehicle arrangements, documentation, and showroom maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the delivery and collection of documents and other items as required.
• Assist with vehicle collection, delivery, and movement between designated locations.
• Arrange and move vehicles in and out of the showroom, ensuring proper positioning and presentation.
• Ensure showroom display vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customer viewing.
• Assist with vehicle preparation and general upkeep of the showroom.
• Support roadshow and promotional events, including vehicle transportation, setup, and dismantling.
• Assist with moving vehicles in and out of roadshow venues, including during evening or night hours when required.
• Assist with vehicle-related documentation and submissions to JPJ, PUSPAKOM, banks, and other relevant parties.
• Coordinate with Sales Advisors and other departments to support daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Possess a valid driving licence with a safe driving record.
• Responsible, punctual, honest, and able to work independently.
• Able to drive and park vehicles safely in confined spaces.
• Willing to travel to different locations as required.
• Flexible to work outside normal working hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, or public holidays when required for roadshows and dealership activities.
• Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on duties.
• Previous experience in despatch, vehicle handling, or the automotive industry is an advantage.
