Responsibilities
Working Hours : 8:30am to 6:00pm (Mon); 8:30am to 5:45pm (Tue to Fri) ; 8:30am to 12:30pm (Alternate Sat)
Working Location: Alexandra Road
Basic Salary range : $ 2,600 – $ 3,000, OT payable
1-Year Contract position
What You'll Be Doing
As a Vehicle Logistics Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, presentable, and ready for showroom display, marketing events, test drives, and new car deliveries.
Prepare and clean vehicles for marketing events, including polishing, fuelling, and charging
Ensure all vehicles are in pristine condition prior to customer handover
Install event car plates and carry out basic vehicle checks
Maintain showroom display vehicles to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
Position vehicles correctly and ensure labels and signage are properly placed
Monitor and maintain EV charging systems
Support daily showroom operations and setup activities
Liaise closely with Sales Consultants to facilitate smooth new car delivery processes
Assist with vehicle inspections, movement, and setup for incoming new stock
Promptly flag and escalate any vehicle issues to the relevant parties
Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Who We're Looking For
12-Month Contract position
Minimum GCE "O" Level qualification or equivalent
Valid Class 3 driving licence
At least 3 years of experience in a logistics role (automotive industry experience preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills
