About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized Logistics Executive to join our Logistics & Supply Chain Asset Management division in Singapore. In this role, you will manage daily freight forwarding operations, warehouse inventory coordination, customs documentation, and vendor performance to ensure seamless, compliant, and cost-effective logistics execution across our commercial and industrial logistics portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate daily inbound and outbound freight shipments, air/ocean cargo transport schedules, and local land distribution workflows.

Prepare and process essential import/export customs clearance documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and TradeNet permit declarations.

Monitor warehouse inventory stock movement, execute monthly cycle counts, track space utilization, and perform stock reconciliation in Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP WMS) systems.

Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) service providers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and hauliers to negotiate competitive rates, manage bookings, and ensure timely delivery.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), vendor SLAs, shipping lead times, and freight cost variances, identifying operational bottlenecks for continuous process improvement.

Verify carrier freight invoices, process procurement purchase orders (POs), and compile operational logistics expenditure reports for finance approval.

Enforce strict adherence to Singapore customs regulations, international trade compliance guidelines, ISO quality standards, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices.

About you

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.

2 to 3 years of hands-on logistics and freight operational experience, preferably within logistics real estate firms, 3PL/4PL providers, or multi-national shipping corporate setups in Singapore.

Technical proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning software (SAP/Oracle), Singapore Customs TradeNet, and Microsoft Excel.

Solid understanding of Incoterms 2020, Singapore customs procedures, import/export trade documentation, and local port operations.

Strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills in high-volume transport environments.

Excellent written and verbal English communication capabilities.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
