Responsibilities:

• Responsible to follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products
• Feedback any abnormality appeared during the set up to the Production Senior Machinist / Supervisor / Prod Engineer
• Offer trouble shooting and brainstorming in the production problem
• Responsible to assist Production Senior Machinist / Supervisor / Prod Engineer in setting up machine for operators.
• Understand the various level of documentation in the company’s quality system and its application
• Understands, interprets and write/edit basic codes/programs as needed.
• Understands and able to perform tool wear offsets.
• Responsible to deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling.
• Responsible to inspect all the parts/products and ensure compliance to all the specification.
• Performs basic preventative maintenance for the machine, able to identify and troubleshoot minor alarm/error codes in the machine.
• To undertake other duties assigned or directed by the superior from time to time.
