Minimum SPM / high school qualification or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of similar working experience in retail or customer service

Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and POS transactions

Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required

Willingness to be deployed for events or outstation assignments, including occasional travel

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods on the sales floor

Provide excellent, personalized customer service to all customers

Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets

Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat visits

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary

Assist with daily opening and closing procedures as assigned

Operate the POS system and handle cash and card transactions accurately

Maintain store cleanliness, organization and product display standards

Support stock receiving, replenishment and inventory counts

Help maintain visual merchandising displays according to brand guidelines

Ensure products are properly displayed, priced and tagged

Report stock issues and customer feedback to the Store Manager or supervisor

Assist the Store Manager with daily tasks and ad-hoc duties as required

Support sales activities at external events, roadshows, pop-ups or outstation assignments as required

Represent the brand professionally when deployed to off-site or outstation sales locations

Assist with setup, sales operations and breakdown during event or outstation assignments

Report to work on time and adhere to assigned schedules

Follow company policies, procedures and workplace rules

Maintain professionalism, punctuality and effective teamwork at all times

Demonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude toward operational needs
