Job Description

Responsibilities

Oracle Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant

We are looking for a hands-on Oracle Identity Governance (OIG/OIM) Consultant to implement, configure, customize, integrate, and support IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support Oracle OIG/OIM solutions
  • Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity lifecycle/JML
  • Configure RBAC, roles, entitlements, and approval workflows
  • Integrate OIG with Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, databases, and enterprise applications
  • Develop/customize connectors, adapters, workflows, forms, and rules
  • Troubleshoot provisioning, integration, and access-related issues
  • Prepare technical documentation and work with business/security teams

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle OIG/OIM
  • Strong IAM/IGA, provisioning, RBAC, and access-governance knowledge
  • Experience with AD/LDAP/HRMS integrations
  • Knowledge of Java, SQL, XML, REST/SOAP, WebLogic, and Oracle DB is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
