Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.

Process Credit Notes (CN) and other related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Handle daily administrative matters involving external collection agencies.

Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and record management.

Prepare and update weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.

Coordinate with internal departments and external collection agencies to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor collection agency documentation and ensure compliance with operational requirements.

Assist in maintaining accurate databases and administrative records.

Perform other administrative duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
