Job Description

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales-focused role, with a minimum of 3-5 years.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is essential for engaging with a target audience and understanding market nuances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong customer service orientation, focused on building rapport and addressing client needs effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus for broader communication within the company and local market.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in Mandarin to introduce company products/services and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential customers through various channels, focusing on the Mandarin-speaking market.
  • Effectively communicate product value propositions and address customer inquiries and concerns in fluent Mandarin.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all telemarketing activities, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly telemarketing targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine telemarketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, building rapport and trust with potential clients.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively engage with prospects.
